Refund and Cancellation Policy

At KIRANA NET, Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event that you are displeased with the services/products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

We have a very flexible return policy which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if there is a defect in goods, damage in transit, or due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. However, please note: If a product is returned due to a change in mind and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement of Rs. 500/-, you may be assessed an additional delivery fee.

Products purchased can be returned as below:

Bread/Dairy Products – Within 24 hours of delivery.

Packaged Food & Non-Food – Within 3 days of delivery.

If paid by credit/debit card/Net Banking, refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card/account provided at the time of purchase.
